Harrison Smerdon-Pereyra, LMHC
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that is offering virtual psychotherapy for individuals and couples in New York and Massachusetts.
Finding a therapist can be a stressful experience. If you are here, that means you have already made a big leap in looking to better yourself. You may have questions about how all of this works, and if you can actually get the help you need. I hope I am able to guide you through this process and help you find relief.
Some of the things I can help you with include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, helping a diverse population of children, teens, and adults. I used evidence based and trauma informed techniques, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you work through whatever it is you are going through and feel better.
